Call drops in E2EE on connection (Failed to publish track)

Observed behaviour

I wasn't able to stay connected to listen or talk.

Reproduction steps

Join the Voice E2EE Testing channel in Fluxer Testers
The call connects, sometimes I hear a very brief noise of call noise, maybe 1 second
The call drops and there is an error in the log

Expected behaviour The call should have stayed connected and voice should be transmitted.
