Call drops in E2EE on connection (Failed to publish track)

Observed behaviour

I wasn't able to stay connected to listen or talk.

Reproduction steps

  1. Join the Voice E2EE Testing channel in Fluxer Testers
  2. The call connects, sometimes I hear a very brief noise of call noise, maybe 1 second
  3. The call drops and there is an error in the log

Build information

Beta 2039, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0

Expected behaviour The call should have stayed connected and voice should be transmitted.

Can reproduce CR; same error in my logs — Beta 42, Version 1.0.0, Android 10 (arm64), Device samsung SM-N960U1, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0

Can reproduce Can Mostly Reproduce: Beta 2041, Version 1.0.0, Android 15 (arm64), Device OnePlus CPH2465, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0 | NB: It seems if you don't have permission to speak, then it will kick you from the call. In all instances you do get a weird noise though.
