Problem

On GrapheneOS, when you deny Fluxer the ability to perform Dynamic Code Loading, it will immediately crash. Steps to reproduce the behavior: Remove Dynamic Code Loading access Open Stratum Immediate Crash

Proposed solution

Remove DCL dependency. Dynamic Code Loading is considered by the GrapheneOS developers and community to be a security vulnerability, and even Google believes it should be avoided wherever possible.
