In-app notifications

Problem

It would be nice to get in-app notification previews of messages in communities (respecting notification settings), similar to how it's done on Discord's mobile app

Proposed solution

I would like to see in-app notifications, which could maybe be configured with some of these options:

• enable/disable completely
• only show for @mentions
• show for all messages (respecting community and channel notification settings)

I'm not sure if it would be best to be opt-in or opt-out, but here is an example of what this could look like: in-app-notifications
