In-app notifications
Problem
It would be nice to get in-app notification previews of messages in communities (respecting notification settings), similar to how it's done on Discord's mobile app
Proposed solution
I would like to see in-app notifications, which could maybe be configured with some of these options:
enable/disable completely
only show for @mentions
show for all messages (respecting community and channel notification settings)
Notes (optional)
I'm not sure if it would be best to be opt-in or opt-out, but here is an example of what this could look like:
