Authenticator App modal cuts off QR code on mobile

Summary

When I click the button to enable Authenticator App, the modal opens but the QR Code and whatever the string of characters in the code block are both cut off. I have tried rotating the device to give it more room but the modal remains the same size.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to Settings > Security & Login
  2. Tap the 'Enable' button under 'Authenticator App'
  3. QR Code is cut off

stable (5e220e5) 2026-02-15 18:44:11 UTC Safari 26.2 iOS 26.2 (arm64)
