Authenticator App modal cuts off QR code on mobile

Summary

When I click the button to enable Authenticator App, the modal opens but the QR Code and whatever the string of characters in the code block are both cut off. I have tried rotating the device to give it more room but the modal remains the same size.

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to Settings > Security & Login
Tap the 'Enable' button under 'Authenticator App'
QR Code is cut off
