Message failure text renders vertically on mobile

Summary

When I send a message on mobile (PWA) and it fails to send, the 'Failed to send message. Hold for options.' text is formatted with each individual letter on a new line.

Steps to reproduce

1. Send a message (that somehow fails)
2. Dismiss the modal that pops up
3. See the message failed to send text

stable (5e220e5) 2026-02-15 18:44:11 UTC Safari 26.2 iOS 18.7 (arm64) (Actual iOS version is 26.2 not 18.7)
