Message failure text renders vertically on mobile
Summary
When I send a message on mobile (PWA) and it fails to send, the 'Failed to send message. Hold for options.' text is formatted with each individual letter on a new line.
Steps to reproduce
Send a message (that somehow fails)
Dismiss the modal that pops up
See the message failed to send text
