Host it in Canada and Mexico, but NOT in the U.S.
This is futile with the 'Cloud Act' as it requires companies to provide data over to the United States even if the content isn't hosted, used or operated in the United States. You are still also hamstrung by the global surveillance networks sharing intelligence (5 eyes, 9 eyes and 14 eyes). If the US wants it, they'll get it. This is why E2EE + Self-hosting is vital for the security and privacy of Fluxer. E2EE encryption should also employee various different encryption algorithms to prevent 3-letter-agencies from injecting backdoors into encryption standards, as well as offering PQC (Post-quantum cryptography) to prevent Harvest now, decrypt later strategies.

Incorrect. If a company isnt from the US and no servers are there, they have 0 ways to do anything. If you think any civilized nation is sharing data with the US anymore, just look how the UK kept information from the US during the Venezuela strikes and invasion So, simply put? Dont use google cloud, aws or microsoft azure. The world has THOUSANDS of cloud services, there is NO need to use american ones.
