Patreon has an API that's capable of providing the necessary info, and it has OAuth support which should allow a third-party hosted bot to utilize it. I'm unsure what the situation is with Subscribestar, however.

However, patreon doesn't allow you to link your fluxer account to your patreon, which I believe may be required for this to work. I also don't think fluxer allows you to link your patreon.
This could probably be worked around if the third-party bot acted as an OAuth bridge/middleman. I recall some Discord bots (Bloxlink might be one?) handling it this way, and it would still produce the expected result (though you would need to obviously trust the owners of said bot to handle it responsibly).
