Documentation for icons/banners/etc for community maintainers

Problem

As it stands, when designers for Fluxer communities are creating graphics such as banners and invite backgrounds, there is an element of guesswork to determining the parameters of each graphic, lacking documentation showing in detail the sizing and UI elements (corner radii, overlapping elements, etc) for each graphic.

Proposed solution

Documents, akin to Discord's own, such as for Discord's server banners - which outline the recommended guidelines for making high quality and legible banner graphics on Fluxer. Especially for graphics such as the invite background and chat embed background.
