Overlapping message drawers on mobile

Summary

When you tap and hold on a reaction to see who added the reaction(s), it opens both the reactions draw but then opens the message options draw (where you can reply, forward, bookmark etc)

Steps to reproduce

1. Find a message with at least 1 reaction
2. Tap and hold on the reaction to see who reacted
3. Watch as both drawers open, sometimes on top of each other, sometimes stacked with message options drawer taking priority

stable (5e220e5) 2026-02-15 18:44:11 UTC Safari 26.2 iOS 18.7 (arm64) Copied from in app settings, my actual iOS version is 26.2 not 18.7 (possibly another bug?)
