Poll/voting support

Problem

I imagine it's on the long list of things to do, but it would be awesome to have polls a la Discord.

Proposed solution

I assume we all know what Discord's polls look like, but just for reference: image image image also the options for an existing poll has an "end poll now" image Bonus points if the time selector is more flexible and you can add a custom value, although a straight clone of what Discord has would be fine.
