Built-in AutoMod for communities

Problem

Communities have no built-in way to filter messages automatically. Moderators rely on bots, which add delay and often cap how many words or patterns they can filter.

Proposed solution

Add AutoMod to community settings, so moderators can:

• block messages that match keywords or regular expressions
• start from optional preset lists, such as common slurs
• choose what happens on a match, such as blocking the message, alerting moderators or timing the member out
• exempt roles and channels
