I think most of those files (or all?) should be in the folder fluxer_static. I was able to download them despite the quota using this tool: https://download-directory.github.io/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Ffluxerapp%2Ffluxer%2Ftree%2Fcanary%2Ffluxer_static
