Custom Callout Titles

Problem

Coming from Obsidian, I was excited when I saw callouts were available In Obsidian there's a feature that lets callouts have custom titles while keeping the styling of the callout referenced.

Proposed solution

> [!CAUTION] Title 
> Callout content
In this example the text "Caution" would be replaced with "Title": image A little tweak like this would be great. Thanks for all your hard work!

Unsure how icons would be handled in this situation though, but would add a lot more flexibility

Yeah, this is more elegant and allows more customization. Also compared to the first solution there is no need to modify the already existing callouts. Icons could be handled with emojis and the callout title could support them maybe?
