Add Fluxer mirrors

(#942) Feature Shipped infra

Problem

There are countries like Russia where the app is blocked. ( You can't access Fluxer in Russia already )

The solution would be adding extra mirrors that maybe could be slower but could help more people start using Fluxer!

To add to this, could we get permalinks to the downloads? This would help packaging a binary version for nixpkgs.
