Allow inserting GIFs from the Gboard keyboard on mobile

Problem

Right now on mobile, the gboard gif selector doesn't allow insert into the text box. I prefer this over the current gif selector since it has a different selection of gifs, AND it allows you to add text to the gif and preview it before sending, whereas the current gif selector does not allow that.

Proposed solution

Allow gboard gif selectors (and any other really) to be able to insert gifs into the message box.

problem stems from browser not allowing gifs/stickers to be pasted in textboxes, which really sucks, it should be a non issue whenever the official apps release tho
