+1 for a Singapore voice server.
Right now the latency to US regions is pretty high for those of us in Southeast Asia, and it definitely affects call quality. A Singapore server would make a huge difference in stability and responsiveness.
It would also really help grow the community in SEA, including Indonesia, which has a large and active user base and a lot of potential new users. Having a closer regional server would make Fluxer much more appealing here.
It would be very costly to get tons of OCE/SEA regions their own servers, one option could be considered.
