Fluxer does not start minimized to the tray at login on Linux

Observed behaviour

On any Linux package version, Fluxer does not start minimized to the system tray on login, instead it starts as if it's opened normally, despite the "Start Minimized" option being toggled on in settings

Reproduction steps

Open Fluxer
Open settings
Navigate to Linux App
Toggle "Launch Fluxer at login" and "Start Minimized"
Log out the desktop
Log back in
See that Fluxer opens a window
