Edit history: The filtering for users or actions in Activity logs makes the text appear incorrectly

Observed behaviour

As the title says, when trying to filter for users or actions in the activity logs, the text is not visible, and if you highlight it with CTRL + A, the text appears underneath the field.

Reproduction steps

Open a community where you can access activity logs
Attempt to use "Filter by user" or "Filter by action"
Observe how you can't see what you are typing, unless you press CTRL + A, and see the text is sort of underneath
