Unable to use custom emojis cross-server even with Plutonium

Summary

When I try to use a custom emoji cross-server, the app says I should get Plutonium to do so, despite me having Plutonium. I expect that it allows me use custom emojis anywhere.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have Plutonium account.
2. Join 2 servers, one of which has custom emojis
3. Go to the server without the same custom emojis.
4. Open up the emoji picker
5. See message prompting to get plutonium
6. See that no custom emojis are listed from the other server
