No autocomplete for disambiguating emojis

Observed behaviour

When typing :, an autocomplete list will pop up, showing the emoji shortcodes that you can use to insert it into chat. On duplicated emoji names, the autocomplete will add ~ followed by a number to show the disambiguating number. Continuing to type ~ will remove the autocomplete popup, even though the : is still unclosed.

Reproduction steps

  1. Have emojis of duplicated names available. Let's call them myemoji.
  2. Type :myemoji. Different options will show up: :myemoji:, :myemoji~1:, etc.
  3. Type in an additional ~. The options should display :myemoji~1: and etc.
  4. The options disappear instead.
