Cannot fully block NSFW from strangers when under 18

(#885) Bug Fixed privacy

Observed behaviour

On an account with an age below 18, it is currently impossible to fully block NSFW from strangers. The "Direct messages from friends" part is working correctly, i can set it to block, though i'm wondering if the missing "Show" option is normal, maybe it should be there (but still grayed out for accounts under 18). However, the "Direct messages from others" is completly grayed out, which prevents setting it to Blocked. Instead, only "Show" should be grayed out, and still allow switching between Blur and Block. Or maybe i'm not understand this correctly and that it being fully grayed out means it is fully blocked, but in that case the cursor should be on Blocked and not Blur.

Reproduction steps

  1. Use an account with an age set to be below 18
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy > Sensitive Content
  3. Look at the options

Can confirm it works ! Now they both have the "Show" option since one of them didn't have it, it is unavailable for -18, and i can block stuff from strangers image
