Forwarding censored link embeds uncensors them

Observed behaviour

Posting message that contains a link that embeds a piece of media is censored if the link is not clicked on. If the message is forwarded, this is not the case.

Reproduction steps

send

``` into a text channel. Do not uncensor/"unspoiler" the media.

forward the message to anywhere of your choosing.

You will notice that the text containing the URL is still censored but the video is uncensored.

This should be fixed via #3124. Feel free to retest and close the issue if you can confirm it's fixed!
