Time zone picker lists "Jerusalem, Tel Aviv" instead of a city and country

When choosing local time for location in the menu, it says "Jerusalem, Tel Aviv" (both are cities) when the rest of the drop downs are [City, Country]. So it should be changed to "Jerusalem, Israel"
