Edit history: Application Bot URL builder overlaps itself

Observed behaviour

The "Use ＠everyone/＠here and ＠roles" text in the User Settings / Applications / any / OAuth2 URL Builder / Bot Permissions panel overlaps the "Use external emoji" checkbox, and often its text too

Reproduction steps

User settings
Click any application (create one if empty)
Scroll down to oauth url builder section
Enable bot scope and scroll down to bot permissions section

Behavior may vary slightly depending on window width (and probably browser and OS too), but most widths give some overlap for me.
