Screen sharing a window or the entire screen fails on Windows desktop

Observed behaviour

When I try to screenshare an specific window or the entire screen, it says it failed even though it worked before. The pop-up says the source may not be avaliable (which is not the case) or it being blocked but I haven't installed news programs after Fluxer and it worked normally before. The only exception to this is Fluxer itself.

Reproduction steps

Join any voice channel
Try to stream a specific window or the entire screen
Pop-up appear saying screenshare is blocked
