Observed behaviour
Using Focusrite Scarlett Solo 4th Generation audio interface with headphones & microphone both connected through it.
While in a voice call, all desktop audio is being sent through the microphone, despite the microphone specifically being specified as the input device. This leads to feedback where my own voice will echo over and over.
The other user can hear my desktop audio and my voice repeating more than once.
This only occurs within the desktop app, it does not occur within the browser.
Reproduction steps
- Be using external audio interface (Scarlett Solo 4th Gen)
- Start call with another user on desktop app
- Talk.
