Linux screensharing per-app audio source not refreshing when switching which app is being shared

Observed behaviour

I'm on Fedora Workstation and using the Flatpak client. I was in a stream yesterday and screen sharing the window for Tekken 8. Today I went to stream a different game, but the audio source remains as "Tekken 8" even though Tekken isn't even running. The new game is available as an audio source, but is not selected. The issue persists after restarting the client and even the whole PC.

Reproduction steps

Start a stream
Start screen sharing and select an app window to share with the xdg-desktop portal system picker
Note the name of the app being used as the audio source in the cog menu
End the stream and then start it again
Select a different app window to share and note that the name of the audio source is the name of previously shared app, not the one that is currently being shared
