[Instance Config] [Inconsistency] "Logo Wordmark" on the mobile login screen (web and app)

(#865) Bug Needs triage self-hosting theming

Observed behaviour

fluxer_app/src/features/ui/components/icons/FluxerWordmark.tsx defines a special "monochrome" variant of the wordmark asset. The normal / default wordmark is simply the word "Fluxer". However the monochrome variant, used specifically and only in the mobile-view of the login screen (both on web and the apps), is a logo + wordmark. Having the logo + wordmark in that mobile view obviously is good and makes sense, it's just that for self-hosters who replace this asset, it will either look off on mobile because its only a text mark with no logo, or the Desktop login screen will look off because the logo is duplicated (big standalone logo up top, wordmark below). Mayhaps a good solution might be to combine the already existing logo asset with the standalone wordmark asset next to each other in the mobile view; getting rid of the extra variant. This way the look is uniform for selfhosters
