Profile connections open twice

Summary

When clicking on a profile connection to open it in the browser, the link is opened twice.

Reopened because users report the bug still happens after it was closed.

https://github.com/fluxerapp/fluxer/blob/refactor/fluxer_app/src/components/popouts/UserProfileShared.tsx#L389 this happens only on the electron app. to fix it, removing target="_blank" works. (while NativeUtils also works on web https://github.com/fluxerapp/fluxer/blob/refactor/fluxer_app/src/utils/NativeUtils.tsx#L107 , maybe the target should only be removed when on electron, so that browsers can use the normal target behavior)

Same issue on my end. Opening a Bluesky profile opens two tabs.
