[Self-hosted] Screen share could not be published with a compatible video codec, so it was stopped

(#851) Bug Needs triage self-hosting video

Observed behaviour

When trying to screen share for people to watch, there is an error: Screen share could not be published with a compatible video codec, so it was stopped Happens on both Windows and Linux desktop apps, screen sharing works in Web App. Attaching the screenshot of an error image

Reproduction steps

  1. Start sharing screen
  2. User tries to join screen share
  3. It does not work and attached error appears

image Minus the instruction about emailing it (you could instead upload it as a gist and share the link to it here instead), feel free to share your voice diagnostics (they don't contain anything more sensitive than the brands of your input and output devices and your graphics card).
