Media proxy metadata parser ignores ?size= parameter for own CDN's emoji assets, leading to incorrect sizing

Observed behaviour

When sending a CDN link to an emoji with the ?size parameter, for example... https://fluxerusercontent.com/emojis/1548655366668025857.webp?size=48 The image preview embed will render in the wrong scaling, and the preview's metadata will show the incorrect pixel dimensions in the bottom right, as if it's not reading that ?size parameter at all and is trying to render it in the original dimensions. The image itself is still hosted with the right size, 48x48 yet displayed as if it's 128x128 in the case of the above example.

Reproduction steps

  1. Upload a 128x128 emoji
  2. Send an emoji, copy its image link
  3. Send the emoji's URL once as the control sample, take note of its dimensions
  4. Send the emoji's URL with a ?size=48 parameter appended to it
  5. Observe how the image's size is the same, but it's noticeably more pixelated
  6. Click the second emoji URL message, observe how it says 128x128 in the bottom right while it should have the dimensions dictated by ?size=48 (48x48)
  7. Download the image from the second message, observe how it has the actual desired pixel size (48x48)
