[Self-Hosted] FLUXER_ERLANG_COOKIE is not set

(#817) Bug Fixed self-hosting

Observed behaviour

after running a docker compose pull and docker compose up -d to reload the stack, the gateway repeatedly fails to start with FLUXER_ERLANG_COOKIE is required. I have managed to jank my way around this by setting it to "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" in the composefile, but this should probably be documented in the self hosted setup, as attempting to deploy following current instructions currently results in a bricked stack - and also so it's known what this value should actually be

Reproduction steps

pull the fluxer stack with docker compose pull bring it up with docker compose up -d gateway will fail to start endlessly with above mentioned error

I'm in the middle of deploying updated docs right now for the updated compose stack, it seems like you were a bit too fast perhaps. Should be all settled soon.

curl -fsSL -o install.sh https://docs.fluxer.app/install.sh
sh install.sh --update --dir /path/to/your/instance
This should now be enough as of the latest version, the above manual step should no longer be required.
