[Self Hosted] Registration URL Showing as Active, but Behaves Expired

(#802) Bug Won't fix self-hosting

Observed behaviour

Friend was provided a Registration URL for my self-hosted instance to invite other friends. The provided URL was set to not require admin approval, as my instance is currently set to require admin approval for registrations by default. When the URL was used, the registration page shows up as expected, but when clicking "Create Account," an error is produced saying "This registration link is expired". I would expect that an account can be made using a Registration URL if it's showing on the dashboard as Active.

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a registration link with admin approval turned off, on an instance with admin approval turned on.
  2. Go to provided registration link.
  3. Attempt to create an account.

This is not a bug. I forgot to check the "Admin Registration URLs enabled" option. Closing ticket.
