Observed behaviour
Loading custom emoji lists leads to 504 errors and emoji list contains lots of black squares in place of the emojis. This seems to persist until the page is reloaded.
Expected behavior: emoji loads are queued so that emojis will load eventually. Alternatively have the option to increase the timeout for loading the list.
Apologies for no canary output, but I can't connect on self-hosted instance
Reproduction steps
- Reload page or open another channel/DM
- Open Emoji menu
- Watch some emojis load, others load as black square
