Interacting with Fluxer requires a double click when window is unfocused

(#776) Bug Fixed ui

Observed behaviour

With most programs and web apps, when they are unfocused, clicking on them will immediately interact with them e.g. clicking on links etc. In Fluxer, clicking anywhere when the window is unfocused does nothing other than switching focus to Fluxer, and a second click is required to interact with it. This is inconvenient when using Fluxer and another application side by side, or on separate monitors.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open both Fluxer and another application next to each other
  2. Click on the other application to shift focus to it
  3. Attempt to perform any action in Fluxer, e.g. switching channels, opening someone's profile, clicking on a link

Evidence

This seems to be related to the window-focus-activation-guard CSS class, which appears while the mouse is being held down during the first click. The inspect panel apparently also counts as a separate window. 637664313-b78013a4-c3f7-4eb0-8d42-9249ae019b57.mp4

image A setting exists for this in User Settings > Advanced > Desktop. Let me know if this does not work!

I did find it in the standalone client and it works, thank you! However, this setting appears to be missing from the browser version. image Either way, I'm curious if there's any particular reason why this isn't enabled by default?

Regarding the first question on the browser, what browser are you using? Because on Firefox it works the same way as that checkbox works when it's checked (enabled).

That was on Firefox; the build info I posted was from my browser session. The setting might have been shared between desktop and browser, or you might have been testing with the fix active. Thank you Hampus for the quick fix - I've checked and it looks good!
