Muted channel unread messages still trigger unread indicator on server icon

(#769) Bug Fixed notifications ui

Observed behaviour

When a channel within a server is muted, new/unread messages in that channel still cause the server icon in the sidebar to show an unread indicator (the white dot/pill), even though the channel itself is muted and its unread state should be excluded from the server-level indicator.

Reproduction steps

Join a server with multiple channels. Mute a specific channel (e.g. right-click the channel → Mute Channel). Have someone post a new message in that muted channel (or trigger an unread state in it). Observe the server icon in the server list sidebar.

Evidence

Expected behavior: The server icon should not show an unread indicator from messages in a muted channel, since the user has explicitly muted that channel. Actual behavior: The server icon still shows the unread indicator, even though the only unread activity is inside a muted channel. Additional context: Screenshot showing a muted venting channel (greyed out with mute icon) still containing new/unread messages attached. image image image
