Observed behaviour
On Windows the notification badge in the taskbar is black with a large number instead of red with a smaller number

This happened on mine and a friend of mines windows 10 system.
I did try clearing the windows icon cache as described at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/4166178/how-to-rebuild-icon-cache-in-windows-11-tried-the this fixed it temporarily (pretty much until the badge reloaded tbh) so it looked like this

which is the intended badge from what I understand.
This reverted after a short while tho and now I can't get back to the actual badge even after clearing the icon cache again. I also actually wasnt even able to find any of the 2 above badges in the iconcache at all anymore.
