embed update info in the appimage

Problem

third party tools such as gear lever and appmanager can be used to install and automatically update appimages. however the auto update functionality needs to be manually configured for fluxer because it does not contain update information

Proposed solution

create a .zsync file and embed update info into the appimage. see https://docs.appimage.org/packaging-guide/optional/updates.html#using-appimagetool

looks like the canary version has this now: zsync|https://pkgs.fluxer.com/desktop/canary/linux/x64/latest/appimage.zsync
