Android notifications delayed with the sound still playing

Summary

When receiving a direct message and/or a server ping the sound plays when the app is open in the background but the notification is delayed by a couple minutes, the sound doesn't play when the app is fully closed. Notification still arrives minutes later if the app is closed and if the message is read, also comes in batches if multiple messages are sent. Battery optimization is disabled, notification permissions are granted.

Steps to reproduce

Open the app
Keep the app in the background
Receive a message

Environment

Version: V1.0.0-beta.29, same happens on beta 30 OS: Android 14, OneUI 6.1

Shouldn't this be on https://github.com/fluxerapp/flutter_client ? So I suggest the maintainers to make an option for mobile app bug redirecting to that repo while making issues? Also seems to be a knwon issue https://feedback.fluxer.com/p/1830:~:text=Android%20FCM%20notifications%20not%20working%20correctly.
