Self Hosted - Premium not recognised in tiered mode - Per Guild Profile

Summary

Per Guild Profiles are not available, if not enabled on default trait. image Confirmed User Has Premium Flag

Steps to reproduce

1. Set Instance Config to Tiered
2. Set Default Trait User Setting "Per-Guild Profile" to Off

4. Verify Premium Trait Flag is On

5. Confirm Premium Trait on User

6. Review Per Server Profile User Option after refresh.

7. Enable Per-Guild Profiles on Default Trait

8. Refresh User Screen and reopen settings (Warning Now Gone)
