[Self-Hosted] Gateway container non-functional: sys.config has no application config, all output redirected to /dev/null

Summary

I am getting no mobile push notifications from my self-hosted instance. I think I tracked it down to the fact that the gateway container is running but is non-functional. It does not connect to NATS, no port binding, no push notifications, no websocket handling. Below are the contents of my sys.config and docker_entrypoint.sh.

Also, docker compose logs gateway returns nothing.

Steps to reproduce

Download Fluxer as a Web App on mobile.
Turn on notifications in Web App (and make sure notifications are on in phone settings for browser).
No notifications for anything from Fluxer.
