Devcontainer does not open on some systems

Summary

When I attempt to open the devcontainer in VSCode, it throws an error and exits but I expected it to open the devcontainer. Seems to have some kind of issue opening some file that it generates. Discussed in Fluxer Developers at https://fluxer.app/channels/1427764813854588940/1516372227916824576/1518254638854311936.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Clone this project locally
  2. Open this project in VS Code
  3. Ensure Microsoft's Devcontainers VS Code extension is installed
  4. Trigger the "Reopen in container" in container action either from the Actions Menu (CTRL+SHIFT+P) or from the "Connect to Host" button on the bottom left of the window.
  5. It will load for a few seconds then exit.
