stickers should be provided in sticker_items field

Summary

when sent in a message, stickers are provided in a stickers array with an object format similar to the following:

  "id": "1508588247313733798",
  "name": "smell"
}
this is incompatible with the discord-like sticker_items array, with objects similar to the following: 
{
  "id": "1410326817197265037",
  "name": "bolt",
  "tags": "1376913917380657222",
  "type": 2,
  "format_type": 1,
  "description": "",
  "asset": "",
  "available": true,
  "guild_id": "1009835492507918396"
}
although most of the properties are not generally useful on fluxer, it'd be nice to have a sticker_items array with at least the id, name, and format_type fields set, just so bots which support fluxer don't have to do extra implementation work.

  1. get stickers
  2. notice format is different
