Automatically provisioning SSO users on first login does not work when registrations are closed
Summary
When registrations are closed, SSO is enabled, but not requried, and Automatically provision users on first SSO login is set to True, my expectation would be that SSO users would still be auto provisioned.
This does not happen and users are instead met with the screen that registrations are disabled.
Steps to reproduce
Enabled & configure SSO
Set registrations to disabled
Set Require SSO (disables local password login and registration) to False
Set Automatically provision users on first SSO login to True
Try logging in with a SSO user that hasn't been pre-provisioned on Fluxer.
Environment
Version: Stable Web 2026.616.45607, Linux (x64), Firefox 152.0, Locale en-US
Server OS: Debian 13
Client OS: Arch Linux
Browser: Firefox 152.0.1
Device: Laptop
