[Self-Hosted] Admin api error while updating user traits with existing sso information

(#646) Bug Fixed self-hosting

Summary

Update: The cause of the issue is the long strings that are automatically added to user traits when they are an sso user. They (at least in my case using Authentik) exceed the character limit. Problem lines were sso_identity and sso_provider. When i access the admin page and try to modify user traits in getting an error in the admin_api container.
