Selfhosted: Sticker & Emoji Max Size not considered for .gif
Summary
After changing Sticker Max Size & Emoji Max Size in admin panel to a size I want (5MB), I'm still unable to upload stickers & emojis that are in GIF format and are above 512KB in filesize. It seems like a weird hard-coded limitation and I personally would expect this option to not be hardcoded to a set value if there's already an option to adjust the file sizes to whatever one desires.
Large jpeg/webp/png files upload fine from my testing so it's just gifs specifically having this problem.
Sticker and Emoji max file size is set to 5242880 bytes
I've tried to resize those to 320x320 to see if maybe that's the problem but no, it's complaining about filesize specifically each time.
Steps to reproduce
Set Sticker Max Size in Admin Dashboard -> Limit Config to any bigger value than normal ex. 5242880
Try uploading any .gif file above 512KB as emoji or sticker
